  1. How do I know that my order came through properly?

After a successful completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. When you have received this email, we have received your order and you can rest assured that it has been included in the processing and shipping process.

  1. Can I still modify something or cancel after placing my order?

It is possible to communicate a change in your order or a cancellation. Let us know as quickly as possible; by phone via (+31) 050 30 50 980 or by email to info@uniqare.nl.When, however, your order is already on its way or getting prepared for shipment, cancellation is unfortunately not possible anymore. Your order is then already in the course to delivery and you can return it free of charge as soon as it has been delivered (with the exception of tailor-made items).

  1. How do I submit my voucher?

You have a received a voucher from UniQare Quality Slings but do not know exactly how to submit it online? It is really simple! Fill in the voucher code during the ordering process and the discount is immediately taken into account.

  1. Returning

Your order not being exactly what you required is something that can of course happen. That is why you can always return the items you ordered directly to our post address. You can also follow the procedure indicated below under “right of withdrawal”. Returning your order is free of charge.

You can also drop off your return at our post address. You do not live in the area? Then bring your order to a PostNL service point and you will receive a receipt with a Track & Trace code. Keep in mind that return by post will take about 5 business days.

For return in the original condition, never washed and unused, with labels attached (if reasonably possible) and filled-in return form (or other unequivocal declaration), you will always receive your purchase price back within 14 days. The sum to be returned, including shipping costs, is refunded as quickly as possible, at the most 30 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. We may wait until we have received the products or you have demonstrated having sent the products.

  1. Free replacement

You can indicate on the return form which items you want to replace with another type or size. As soon as your return has been received, your replacement is processed as quickly as possible. We can process a replacement for an item for you once. To speed up the process, you can order the desired item and offer the replacement as return.

  1. Withdrawal

The consumer can annul an agreement regarding the purchase of a product during a consideration period of at least 14 days without stating the reasons. For this, you can use the model form below. You can inform us of the withdrawal form by post or email (info@uniqare.nl). Custom-made orders are explicitly excluded from the right of withdrawal.

After filling in the model form, you have, as a consumer, 14 days to send the products back. We pay you back as soon as possible, at the most 14 days after we have received the model form. We may wait until we have received the products or you have demonstrated having sent the products. In case of withdrawal, all costs will be reimbursed, including the shipping costs. You are meant to evaluate the items and try them out, as is also possible at the shop. When a product is damaged as a result of the consumer’s actions, the consumer is liable for the value reduction. When returning items, you should, preferably, return them in the original packaging of shipment.
